If you are starting from the 'Frontend' page, clicking the Lightening bolt/Red Bell thingy will take you to the login page. https://upsvac.com/lib/images/misc/Screenshot%20Login.jpg
Once logged in, you will see your iCrew Pilot Panel. You can 'Pop out' the left side menu by clicking on the small 3 stack click spot. https://upsvac.com/lib/images/misc/Crew%20Panel.jpg
The site has an auto feature that will place a pilot on "Inactive'' status if no flights are flown for more than 30 days. Pilots can re-activate themselves by clicking on the small chain link shown in the pic below. Follow the instructions given...you will receive an email with a long serial code to add to your profile for reactivation. Please be sure to check your junk folder if the serial doesnt show in your inbox. Cutting and pasting has to be done with the keyboard via Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. https://upsvac.com/lib/images/misc/ScreenshotReactivate.jpg
To book a flight, clicking where it says "No Flights" will bring you to the "Flight Booking" page.
There are 3 ways to bid a flight, One way is by using the Route Map. The map is pretty much self-explanatory. The 2nd way is by using the Schedule Search...which is self-explanatory also but has a slight short-cut. When booking a flight I only select the airport I am currently located at and then I select the fleet type that I am specifically looking for. By clicking 'Search' you will get the schedules that apply. For best results, I recommend using the schedule search. The map itself is limited to only 150 schedules being displayed at one time, so some available schedules may not be shown.
Please be aware that the Schedule Search will 'Default' to the UPS fleet if you 'do not' make a selection under the "Airline" drop down. For those who want to see the Prime 737 and 777 schedules, they will be listed under "Sun Country" or "Southern Air Cargo" contract fleet.
The 3rd way to bid is to just click on "Route Network" as a quick option. This option will list every flight schedule that is available out of the airport where you are currently located.
While on this page please take note of the aircraft available info. It will list all aircraft types and tail numbers currently located at this airport.
By clicking the + you will be able to "Choose your Aircraft".
